New Time Wasting Rules ?

Well after this week-ends first set of matches on the football front has anyone got any comments regarding the rules on time -wasting? One sticks out for me and that was the Brentford v Tottenham game coming up to half time the board went up i think it was some 11 minutes extra to be played i nean c'mon where the hell are they finding all that extra time . I heard someone saying what about the fans when you have a night match if you have all this extra time , they would have problems of catching trains /buse's etc ,,His comment back so what they willhave to put up with it !! I thought you pompous git it's ok for you but the ordinary fan could have problems . I just still do not see why they can't use the clock system as adopted in RUGBY UNION/LEAGUE . ? G.B.

lets see if the ref lets rat face(frank bruno) roll about on the floor toneet as he spends 40 minutes a match doing so!
